What we offer

Money at Work

Our aim is to help people get in control of their finances and make a plan for the future. It isn’t just about getting them to save into a pension though. We believe that helping employees be better with money is part of an organisation’s responsibility as a caring employer to improve employees’ wellbeing.

LaterLife

LaterLife logoOur aim is to help individuals plan their retirement so that they can reach retirement with both lifestyle plans and adequate finances to support those plans.

Our online course draws on our real world courses and provides comprehensive coverage of both planning retirement lifestyle and planning finances. By providing optional elements, it provides for both those within a few years of potential retirement and those still with 15 or 20 years to go. You can read more about it here.

 

About Jelf Employee Benefits and LaterLife

Jelf is a specialist consultancy that was founded by Chris Jelf in 1989. The Jelf Group, consisting of Jelf Employee Benefits, Jelf Insurance Broking and Jelf Financial Planning was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) in 2015.

We provide financial education courses for employees at all stages of their careers and our courses are designed to help employees learn new skills and ideas about how to manage their money better and create their own financial plan. LaterLife, in operation since 1999, was acquired by Jelf in October 2015. LaterLife specialises in Planning and Making the Most of Retirement. It operates a UK wide programme of open pre-retirement courses at 45 locations around the UK, running some 200 open courses a year, as well as an extensive programme of in-house courses for both Private and Public Sector organisations.
